On the ground floor of our house, there is a large living room opening to the pool / garden part, a kitchen area, a private working area and a shared bathroom and toilet. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom with ensuit jacuzzi, a shared bathroom, toilet and a terrace.

The lush garden and pool part of this exquisite villa is covered with high walls and trees so that it is not visible from the outside. It is one of our most preferred summer houses due to its central location and secluded design.

*Smoking is prohibited in the indoor areas of our houses. *Party and event can not be organized unless otherwise stated in the house description. *The number of people stated in the reservation is accepted as the basis of the accommodation and capacity is not allowed. *Guests will act in accordance with the rules of general respect and neighborhood towards the villa and the surrounding villas and residences and will avoid any disturbing behavior and noise. In addition, they will not take part in any activity considered illegal by law.
